This past weekend, several students in the lab, accompanied by lab director Dr. Lira Yoon, presented at the Society for Research in Psychopathology (SRP) Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jovian Lam, a graduate student in the lab, presented her research titled Investigating the Moderating Effects of Anxiety and Cognitive Reappraisal in Sunk Cost Fallacy. Jude Ash, also a graduate student, presented his research titled Developing the Experiential Processing of Emotion Scale (EPES) – Phase 1. Alainna Wen, also a graduate student, presented her research titled Emotion Regulation Variability in Current, Remitted, and Never Depressed Individuals. Finally, Dahyeon Kim, a graduate student (not pictured), presented her research titled Avoidance of Risk Taking in Depression.
In addition to the aforementioned graduate students, undergraduate David May presented his senior thesis, titled Treatment of Double Depression: The Past and the Future. This was David's first conference presentation!
